Dr. Jacob Mangum earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Miami University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Ann Arbor Veterans Affairs Hospital, where he received advanced training in comprehensive dental care, including oral surgery, implant dentistry, and endodontics.
Dr. Mangum is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care built on trust, education, and comfort. His philosophy is simple:
“Dentistry is about more than treating teeth—it’s about caring for people. My goal is for every patient to feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their dental experience. I strive to treat each patient with the same care and attention I would give my own family.”
By combining clinical excellence with a compassionate approach, Dr. Mangum helps patients achieve healthy, confident smiles while feeling supported every step of the way.
Outside the office, Dr. Mangum enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves boating and skiing in Northern Michigan, golfing, and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Browns.
